Sarah Robins (Director)

Registered Psychotherapist

M.Sc. (Dist) Psyc., M.H Prac. (Psychotherapy)., ACP.,

MNZAP., MNZPsS., ACC Registered (Sensitive Claims).

I have been working in Private Practice since 2003. Prior to this I have worked for, and alongside community agencies in Christchurch. I have experience working with children, young people (their families) and adults who have experienced sexual abuse, anxiety disorders, family conflict, depression, parenting concerns, loss and grief.

My research for my Masters Degree (Psychology) was carried out on self-esteem and relationships, an area I continue to be interested in and pay attention to in my ongoing work with clients. I am committed to and passionate about working from a family systems’ perspective to support children and their families.

I also have a Master of Health Practice in Advanced Psychotherapy Practice, which includes a qualification in Clinical Supervision.
