Since 2016, I have been working with individuals, couples, and families in private practice, providing a safe and supportive space for people to explore challenges, heal, and grow. Before that, I was a Senior Lecturer and Head of the MA programme in Family Studies and Family Counselling, where I taught counselling theory and practice and supervised students in their clinical work.
I take a client-centred and holistic approach, recognising that everyone has unique experiences, strengths, and goals. My focus is on creating a warm, non-judgmental space where people feel heard and supported as they navigate life’s difficulties.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and post-trauma recovery, relationship and family challenges, eating disorders, grief and loss, life transitions, infidelity, and sexual difficulties. My approach is guided by the belief that, with the right support, people can find ways to navigate change, strengthen their relationships, and move toward a greater sense of well-being.
