I have extensive training and work experience as a teacher, behaviour management specialist and advisor for the Ministry of Education, School Counsellor and as a Counsellor for teens, young parents and adults in Saskatoon, Canada.

My current clients are young people and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, the ongoing effects of trauma, grief and loss, dealing with change, educational challenges and diverse learning needs, and family relationships.

I also provide supervision for specialist educational staff and teachers, RTLB’s, social workers, youth workers, and mental health workers and I offer academic supervision to students studying for their Diploma/Degree in Counselling.

I use a narrative therapy /solutions focused approach to support clients to grow their well-being, hope and resilience. I provide a safe, encouraging, playful space where my clients can identify and build on their own strengths, values, and wisdom as they work to overcome the issues causing them concern.
